Rather than Americanized or Traditional, I decided to go Gallic! Here is a bento filled with Basque potato tortilla, pork rillette with homemade cherry meyer marmalade, grated carrot salad, and blood orange. Just for fun, a slice of Nutelle pudding icebox cake for dessert!
